Wanna gain 60 lbs in three months?

After a few days at Northstar, it is nice to get back into the daily 5:45 am routine. Man did I miss getting up that early…  We did the plyometrics workout the day I departed and three days of powder turns on top of that is a little taxing on the legs. Not that I’m complaining but a little variety for the muscles can be nice. Day 30 is under the belt and we have moved on to phase two of the three phase program. P90 is picking up the intensity with Chest, Shoulders, and Arms yesterday and Plyo this morning.

Being that today is 1/3 of the way in, I weighed in this morning to re-evaluate progress. I was pleased to see 219.2 lbs pop up on the scale. My goal was to gain 20 pounds over the 3 month period and, with a starting point of 201, I think this will be obtainable. I will definitely be adjusting my diet regiment as I don’t think 5000 calories a day will be necessary the whole time.

Headed up to the mountain this afternoon to toss some snowballs and shred the moguls. Let me know if anyone would like to tag along…
