Man today has been amazing so far. Our workout today was by far one of the best I’ve had in a long time. High intensity and at the same time it went by without much strain. Also this is the very first workout that we started with and it’s amazing to notice the difference from when we first did this workout to now. The #’s that i use to struggle to hit now fly by with a breeze. In addition when I came into work today I found out a whole bunch of blog including Life Hacker picked up a video that Karl, Bryan and I all worked and was getting some great exposure. Following that I received and email of the first review of Glass Hypnotist by Small Leaks Sink Ships that is under my record label which was extreme positive and exciting. Finally after that I received phone call that I’m being flown out to Fiji for a video project! Man what a day so far, I really can’t put anymore words to it.
