Day 57 and crazier than ever. As the guys have mentioned we have tightened down our eating habits to maximize performance/ make food as bland as possible. Although the “diet” (still consuming about 300g protein and over 3000 calories/day) is not very flavorful, we have all notice a difference in the lack of sodium. There was even a discussion as to the viscosity, and quantity, of the “new” sweat this morning.
Tony says this will be the most influential part of the program so we are all looking forward to some serious transformations. I got a chance to hit the mountain today and, even after a exhilarating plyo workout, the leg strength is a huge improvement from 2 months ago.
Looking forward to tomorrow morning for ‘glamour’ muscles with shoulders, arms, and a little ab ripper. Hopefully i’ll get a chance to avoid the megaphone.
