Today I was a grumpasoris, with little carbs and fasting from all the fun stuff like beer I had an afful sleep so today was a little tuff getting started. I’m feeling much better now and having the workout defenietly made a difference even though during it I wanted to punch people in the face (sorry Hans and Franz). Anyways it was great putting that negative energy into the workout and not carrying it throughout the day. Postive thoughts the rest of the day.
