Chest and Back…. Video 1….. Your introduction to P90X…. Is by far the best video for getting your swell on!! I love this video! It forces you to prove to yourself you can do one more! All pushing and pulling muscles… You really don’t know whether to slouch or arch your back… Either way it’s a great pump and a great way to start the week! We are almost there… Only 19 days left! Let me just say I got to hike this 4km hike along an ancient mountain fortress yesterday. We got a shot of handstands and some totally awesome posed rock climbing shot. WOOHOO.. let me just say, im awesome… we went one step further and got a wicked P90X dynamic stretch hug.. AWESOME!!! you guys rock, keep it sexy, and remeber dont bounce your chesticles to hard you may get poo on your nips.
