The End of Mustache March… Hello April!

With the freshly shaved upper lips and March behind us we are finishing our week up with the Legs and Back routine! Welcome to April!!!  The eleventh is just around the corner  and while we were waiting for our pre work out drink to kick in we were discussing what our next move was going to be! We will all be spreading to the four winds at the end of April, so it will be difficult to keep the routine as a group going! My idea is to make a hybrid of P90X and Cardio exercises.  A little mix of my favorite P90 videos and running three days a week!! The goal is to go and participate in some of the areas 5,10, maybe even 15K runs! I am not really much of an avid runner but I think it would be incredibly beneficial to the reduction of the remaining belly fat I have! Like I said I am not going to have a 6 pack at the end of the initial 90 days but will be motivated to achieve more of one by the end of summer! Also we will be having a large celebration coming up on the 17th of April for all who wish to attend! Have a great weekend everyone!
