Man today felt like day one all over again! Oh wait it is! We are beginning a new challenge this one is more about our personal gains and transformations than a goal of an allotted time frame. Now this doesn’t mean we don’t have an over arching purpose, because we have some pretty big things we want to accomplish by the end of summer…. Like lots of local 5k’s, Sprint Triathlon’s, Half Triathlon’s, and Half Iron Man’s and we have a few others but those we will talk about later. Also I will be revamping the site soon and adding a new schedule and nutrition facts and ideas into the mix! SO welcome back to Getting fit to do fun shit in the Northwest!!!! Have a great Monday!
